Celebrating Dan Bowditch with a Distinguished Partner Award

At our AGM on June 5th, we were thrilled to present the SVP Distinguished Partner Award to Dan Bowditch.

Dan has been a very active member of the SVP community since 2009. He was on the SVP Board of Directors from 2016 to 2023 and was vice-chair in 2023. Dan has touched all aspects of SVP Vancouver; if there’s an SVP committee, Dan’s been on it!

He’s sat on the Opportunities Committee, the Investment Committee, the Partner Engagement Committee, is Lead Partner Committee chair, and a member of the IT Shared Services Committee. Dan has also served as Lead Partner for Athletics for Kids, Environmental Youth Alliance, Our Community Bikes, and the Dalai Lama Center. Dan also regularly attends our SVP knowledge events, actively striving to deepen and grow his understanding of the nonprofit sector and philanthropic best practices.
