Natalie Marchesan

Natalie Marchesan is an industry executive with more than 30 years of corporate experience. Most recently, Natalie was SVP, Global Head of Procurement at RBC. In 2022, Natalie was awarded the Women’s Executive Network Top 100 Most Powerful Women and was the recipient of a Woman of Courage Award.
She is also an RCAF veteran and spent more than a decade as an officer in the Canadian Air Force where she served as an aviator on the C130 Hercules aircraft.
Natalie has served on other nonprofit boards including the Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council and Invictus 2025. Natalie has been an SVP Partner since 2008.
