Marnie Goldenberg has 25 years of not-for-profit experience. Equipped with a legal education, Marnie held senior roles in HR, organizational development, and program management, and served as an interim executive director. As a consultant in the sector, Marnie supported many organizations in the areas of governance, program development and evaluation. Many of Marnie’s professional efforts focused on vulnerable youth—working in outdoor education, as a legal advocate for young people within the criminal justice system, as an educator at Planned Parenthood in Toronto and across Vancouver.

Today, Marnie works for Family Services of Greater Vancouver as VP, Programs. Her portfolio is focused on services across Greater Vancouver that support individuals and families living in need, in crisis, or with trauma. Programming includes emergency supports for youth who experience homelessness, counselling and supports for at-risk families, life skills for children and youth with special needs, supports for foster families, and more.

Outside of these efforts, Marnie enjoys time with her spouse, kids, and friends.
